I have been providing Counselling and Psychotherapy in Ireland since 2021.

Navigating life’s challenges can sometimes feel like an uphill battle, especially when dealing with issues like anxiety, burnout, depression, panic attacks, self-esteem or trauma. In our sessions, we’ll take a closer look at what’s contributing to these feelings. My goal is to help you understand and address the root causes of these issues and to support you in building a toolkit of strategies that can improve your mental health and overall well-being. Together, we’ll work towards helping you feel more in control, more at peace and more confident in yourself.
Men’s Mental Health:
Life can be tough, and men often feel pressure to keep it all together without showing signs of struggle. Whether it’s stress from work, relationship issues or just feeling stuck, it’s okay to ask for help. I provide a comfortable, no-pressure environment where men can talk openly about what’s really going on. Together, we’ll work on practical ways to manage stress, improve your mood and get you feeling more like yourself again.
LGBTQIA+ Community:
Everyone deserves a space where they can be themselves without fear of judgment. If you’re part of the LGBTQIA+ community and need someone to talk to, I’m here to listen. Whether you’re dealing with coming out, relationship challenges, identity questions or just feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to provide a supportive and understanding environment where you can explore your feelings, navigate life’s challenges and find the balance and peace you deserve.
