Qualifications & Accreditation:
BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy – DBS Business School
Trained in Humanistic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic approaches, and Integrative Psychotherapy.
Diploma in Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy – The Greenane Centre
Specialised training in working with complex trauma and its impact on mental health, relationships, and daily life
I am a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and adhere to its Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
