About

Pavel Pijacek Forte

  • I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people, including myself, navigate life’s challenges. My journey began with self-help books, followed by a brief interest in life coaching, before I found my path in counseling and psychotherapy.
  • I completed my Honours BA in Counseling and Psychotherapy at Dublin Business School in 2021, with a placement at the Integrative Psychotherapy Practice in Rathmines, Dublin. Since then, I’ve been providing therapy both in person and remotely, including working with clients through Fettle.ie.
  • My goal is to help people better understand their current situation and guide them in moving forward. I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable and empowered to address their challenges. By discovering and nurturing their personal strengths, I help individuals build compassion and self-acceptance. I’ve worked with clients to tap into their inner power to overcome struggles such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship difficulties (both personal and professional), grief, trauma, burnout, confidence issues, and matters related to sexual and gender identity.
  • I have extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people of all ages. My approach is tailored to each client, integrating various therapeutic methods, including Humanistic psychotherapy, psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other integrative techniques. I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and adhere to the IACP Code of Ethics.
  • I am fluent in English and Czech.
