About

- I first experienced psychotherapy as a teenager, during some difficult times in my life. At that point, I didn’t have the tools or awareness to handle everything on my own. The support I received from therapists helped me through moments I couldn’t have managed otherwise, and it left a lasting impression on me. That experience shaped my decision to one day work in this field myself.
- I went on to complete my Honours BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Dublin Business School, with clinical placement at the Integrative Psychotherapy Practice in Rathmines. Since then, I’ve been working with clients both in person and online, supporting people through challenges such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, grief, trauma, burnout, relationship difficulties, and matters of sexual and gender identity.
- My role is not to “fix” anyone, but to walk alongside them — helping clients understand their current situation and uncover their own strengths, build compassion for themselves, and find ways forward that feel possible and real. My approach is integrative, drawing from humanistic psychotherapy, psychodynamics, CBT, and other evidence-based methods, always adapted to the individual.
- I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and adhere to the IACP Code of Ethics. Fluent in both English and Czech, I bring openness, curiosity, and genuine care to the work I do.
- My goal is to help people better understand their current situation and help them in moving forward. I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable and empowered to address their challenges.
- I have extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people of all ages. My approach is integrating various research-based therapeutic methods to find a solution that suits each client.
